For emergencies DURING business hours, please call the HRL Facilities Office at 704-687-7502.
For emergencies AFTER business hours, please contact University Police at 704-687-2200 or contact the Resident Advisor on-call for your building/area. If you have a lost or damaged key please go to the 24 hour loan key desks located in Scott and Oak Hall for assistance.

The Housing and Residence Life Facilities Office does not handle telephone, cable/Road Runner, and vending problems. Please use the following information/links to report these problems:

Please fill out the form below completely and accurately to avoid delays and follow-up questions. You should be specific in your description of the problem by stating exactly what and where the problem is. Specifics should include items such as exact location in your unit such as first bedroom or living room. The description of the problem should include the exact location of the problem and the characteristics of the problem such as the light is flickering when it is turned on.
